Cancellation & Refund Policy
Weekend daycare is available to members first.
- Month to month plans clients must cancel by the 25th of the previous month to avoid being charged.
- 3 month commitments early termination incurs a $100 fee unless it’s an emergency. No refund for unused days.
- Rollover days and missed visits,, frequent fur flyer no rollover, but missed days can be made up within the same month subject to availability.
- VIP and and best in show plans – no rollovers but plans can be paused for up to two weeks per year for travel or emergencies.
- Drop in for members – members who need extra days beyond their plan get a discounted daily rate of 35 instead of 45.
